Google account hacked or password changed by someone else.
The steps : Gmail / Google
- No access: open Google’s official recovery page and answer from a device and place you usually use.
- If you still have access: change the password now, to one you use nowhere else.
- Turn on two-step sign-in (an authenticator app rather than SMS where possible).
- Sign out the devices and sessions you do not recognise.
- Check the recovery email and phone, and Gmail forwarding rules and filters: attackers often leave a redirect there.

Warn the people close to you
Warning: my Gmail / Google account was hacked. If you get a message "from me" asking for money, a code, a vote or to open a link, do not answer and send nothing. I will tell you myself when I have the account back.
The message deliberately has no link and no number.
