A voice can be copied. A word agreed together and calling back a known number cannot. The word stays on your device or on paper.
NOMVEX does not and cannot detect cloned voices. A voice can be copied from a few seconds of recording: only the agreed word and calling back a known number protect you.
1. The code word, on this device only
Choose it together, in person. It is never sent to NOMVEX, not even encrypted. Keep it in a password manager or on the printed card.
Check questions
What is our code word?
What was our first pet called? (an answer only you know)
Where did we last eat together?
Hang up, then call back yourself on the number you already saved.
