The steps : bank or card

1. Call your bank now on its official number (back of the card, app) to cancel the card or block the transfer.
2. Never call back a number given by an "advisor": a real advisor asks for no code and no approval in the app.
3. Change your online banking password from the official app.
4. Ask in writing for a refund of the payments you did not authorise.
5. File a police complaint and keep its number: the bank may ask for it. 17Cyber (France) guides you.

Warning: my bank or card account was hacked. If you get a message "from me" asking for money, a code, a vote or to open a link, do not answer and send nothing. I will tell you myself when I have the account back.

The message deliberately has no link and no number.
