Controlled beach dive save
On sand, a partner feeds a reachable ball to one side. Read it, move, extend the forearm platform and send a playable ball upward before landing and recovering.
Setup: One defender starts in a ready stance on clear sand. A partner feeds within a short lateral reach; another partner retrieves. Begin with controlled balls, away from the net and other players.Scoring: Count a success only when the touched ball stays playable for a partner; record attempts and playable contacts separately.
