Before you start
Clear, non-slip floor; comfortable walking.
2–4 players per station. With four, the player without a ball observes one cue or rehearses footwork in clear space; rotate every five attempts. For 12 players: three groups of four, provided lanes remain separated.
Starting dose
4 minutes: easy walking, light jogging, then controlled direction changes.
This volume is a teaching starting point, not an individual prescription.Observe & correct
Cue: Build pace gradually; finish balanced.
Error → correction: Players cross lanes: shorten the route and keep one direction per lane.
Observable outcome: Each player finishes four controlled changes without entering another lane.
Adapt to the group
Easier: Stay at walking pace.
Harder: Add a late left/right signal without a sprint.
Alternative setup: Use existing floor lines instead of cones.
