Before you start

Comfortable catch and toss; basic forearm platform.

2–4 players per station. With four, the player without a ball observes one cue or rehearses footwork in clear space; rotate every five attempts. For 12 players: three groups of four, provided lanes remain separated.

Starting dose

2 rounds of 10 attempts per player; rotate every 5 attempts.

This volume is a teaching starting point, not an individual prescription.

Observe & correct

Cue: Arrive before contact; orient the platform rather than swing.

Error → correction: The ball travels sideways: check the platform direction with an easier feed.

Observable outcome: Record passes caught by C within one step out of 10 attempts.

Adapt to the group

Easier: Feed closer and allow a catch to reset.

Harder: Vary short or deep feeds, one change at a time.

Alternative setup: With two players, A also becomes the catching target.
