Before you start
A controlled forearm pass from a predictable feed.
2–4 players per station. With four, the player without a ball observes one cue or rehearses footwork in clear space; rotate every five attempts. For 12 players: three groups of four, provided lanes remain separated.
Starting dose
10 feeds to each side, swapping roles every 5.
This volume is a teaching starting point, not an individual prescription.Observe & correct
Cue: Use the feet to arrive; keep the contact available in front.
Error → correction: B reaches sideways while off balance: signal earlier and shorten the move.
Observable outcome: Compare playable passes on the left and right without ranking players.
Adapt to the group
Easier: Use the same side for five feeds.
Harder: Alternate sides without announcing the next one.
Alternative setup: A can catch the return when only two players are available.
