Before you start

A gentle pass or set to a predictable target.

2–4 players per station. With four, the player without a ball observes one cue or rehearses footwork in clear space; rotate every five attempts. For 12 players: three groups of four, provided lanes remain separated.

Starting dose

2 rounds of 10 choices per player; rotate every 5.

This volume is a teaching starting point, not an individual prescription.

Observe & correct

Cue: Separate a correct decision from an accurate contact.

Error → correction: The cue comes too late: show the target before the toss.

Observable outcome: Record correct choices and reached targets as separate counts.

Adapt to the group

Easier: Use the same target for three attempts.

Harder: Move the signal nearer to release, without changing the targets.

Alternative setup: In pairs, A both signals and feeds.
